Press and Hold the volume up key + power button at the same time until a green screen appears. (this is the fastboot mode)
Keep holding until screen turns red (recovery mode)
Navigate using hardware buttons (power to confirm selections)
select wipe data / factory and selct yes
Now reboot device.
